  • Anyone grown these tomatoes?

I sent a couple of stamps for the recent Telegraph offer which was to receive two free packets of seeds, Goldrush Currant and Black Cherry tomatoes.

However, I have just received my order from them with apologies as they ran out due to high demand. They have sent me Sweet Pea Currant and Blondkopfchen instead.

Can anyone tell me if they have grown these please and what results did you get?

    Ta.

I've got the Sweet Pea Currant toms but this is my first year, so I'm also interested in people's experiences.

Sorry no experience of growing either as this is my first year too.

Rather like the look of those Sweet Pea Currant though, perfect for kids

I got mine through this morning also.
However there was no note and they changed the black cherry tomatoes for wonderberry seeds.
Have to say i am dissapointed with their choice but i did get the goldrush currant variety.
              Has anyone grown these?

There was a piece of paper stapled to the front of the seed cat apologizing and offering a free packet of seeds if I order from them.

I doubt I will as the minimum order value is £8.

Black Cherry toms - my current favourite. Lovely and sweet and better in my mind that Gardeners delight for proper tomato flavour.

I get mine at quite a cost from T&M.

It's nice to find another supplier.

I grew Black cherry a couple? of years ago, very sweet.
