    Looks like a bonfire is called for tomorrow, subject to the wind speed and direction.....

    Found a pond too....once I stood in it!

    It's a shame but we aren't allowed ponds on our site! I think a pond is beneficial to the plot.

    Good luck Greenleaves!

    I took on a second plot too this year. There was one in a nice spot, but quite overgrown and one next to my current plot that was tidy. I was too chicken to take the overgrown one, given that I still have 1/3 of perennial weeds to clear on my current plot and it's been hard work. But really glad I took it on as my ambitious plans this year need more space.
