    Love Record - Nice flavour Yellow potato. Chips are golden too because of the low starch and water content

    Glad you asked this question. I too would like recommendations. I'm after spuds that are good for baking, mash and roasting. Reasonably slug resistant if poss.... Thanks !

    I like Desiree, baked, mashed and roasted - but I do like waxy rather than floury potatoes. It's all a matter of taste
