Shifted more soil from driveway to garden. Maybe a tonne and a half left? Itíll be done by March.

Prepared potato bags, but now I realise I never put the potatoes into it...

Speed some peas, as my three year old was showing an interest. Hopefully heíll remember and still be interested when they germinate.

Not a lot else. Bit of a damp weekend here.

Now THAT sounds like something I'd do

Forecast is good all week for Northumberland so I'm aiming to do a LOT of catching up with jobs...including moving lord knows how much soil out of the dilapidated ex-polytunnel beds (2 x 4ft high 30ft beds) and spreading it onto the bottom section and raking it level.

Sowed several varieties of herbs today.

Potted on some sunflowers, popped to the plot and pulled back half the tarpaulin which has done a half decent job of killing the weeds off. Laid cardboard and recovered with tarpaulin. Canít wait to get the manure and compost on the cardboard this weekend.
