    I mostly use the feed from my wormery - so Ive chosen none of the above.

    I use a mix of comfrey, seaweed, manure and worm juice.

    I got Bocking 14 roots from the Organic gardening catalogue several years ago. Made the mistake of buying too many, and it feels like every trip to the allotment involves hacking down a comfrey plant. They re-grow so quickly, it's hard to keep up with them. Here's the link if you're interested
