  • What is this!

    Found this little fella in the greenhouse today. Never seen anythin* like it. Really long nose th8ng that is flexible. I th8nk the picture is quite clear.

        Seen the exact same thing yesterday when it flew into my greenhouse...That went in and I ran out lol

          ^It's a proboscis, not a stinger! We have a lot here. They make quite a noise but are harmless (to my knowledge...).

              Just been watching one in garden. They tend to hover, bit like a mini humming bird.

              I keep a jar and some card for getting rid of bumblebees in greenhouse as no flowers at the moment.
