Which one is the tip as not sure what to take off on this tomato plant.

doesn't really matter which you take out - I'd probably remove the one on the left in the photo as being slightly smaller - sometimes I leave two shoots to grow on if they are not crowded with something-else. -
I'd pinch off the one on the left as well
