I have a greenhouse 6x4 made the same, and had a few probs with 1 section of the panels. Try using a tube of clear silicon seal on panels, it should solve your probs! I put it up in early Sep this year, and it has stood up to the gales, rain, snow, and the freezing temps we are getting! Good luck.

First thing I tried was clear silicon, but I still had trouble with the poly coming out of the lids

Could you not silicon some wooden architrave in and around polycarbonate?

Wood beading, that would mean essentialy building a new frame.
Araldite, havn't tried that. Last time I used it, it took weeks to get the stuff off my hands, but i'll be more careful this time

Yeah, my spelling isn't the best, that's the stuff Edit: a fine sand paper may provide a better key for it on the metal side too mind.

loctite hysole e120hp, will bond it, but you will never get it apart, or go for a good industrial grade epoxy adhesive. and as chrismarks said sand it first.
