I got a mini greenhouse, 3 obelisks and a rose arch for a little over £30

A nice man had to help me carry it all to the till though and I looked like a mad old lady bringing it home stacked on the pushchair and tied to my shopping trolley with knitting wool (all I could find in my handbag to secure things! ).

Might go back in a bit though, the bulbs and perennials did look tempting...
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

just got back from lidels myself, great ,got 2 tent greenhouses, spayer{thought would be handy to spray the beans with when weather hot, also soap and water}variouse seeds,it says on the carrots that fresh manure attracts the dreaded carrot fly,(interesting, got some gherkins, parision pickling, never had anything to do with them before,i am ok with regards planting and growing ,but apart from putting into vinegar,or the compost heap, what other uses is there,i know, am no good at aiming at things either,i love the forum, its very informative, never to old to learn.

I went in last night & got a pair of secateurs for 99p & a pack of 2 'slug pubs' for £1.79. Going back tonight to see what else has arrived.
In the past I have been known to wheel bags of compost etc. back from there in my O.H's suitcase (don't tell him!) on wheels so you're not on your own Seahorse!

I just got back with my cold frame, 3 pairs of slug pubs and a trug. Off back there now with my wheelie trolley to get one of those kneely stool things, obelisks, rose arches and tunnel cloches. I couldn't carry it all in one go!

This is so excting, I usually miss the good stuff coming in as I'm at work but I'm off today to go to the dentist. Perhaps getting a filling isn't so bad after all

If it's any consolation, duggie, they're piled high with the stuff so you should be ok

I made it back without causing myself any obvious damage. Lidl in Sydenham now stripped.

I'm now not allowed to buy anything else for a long time and I will get on with digging the raised beds to make use of all my booty.

Today I bagged 2 tent greenhouses, a sprayer, 3 slug pubs and a raft of bulbs and perennials. There were also a few trees left so I also swagged another stella cherry and a conference pear for the orchard.
