I did this earlier in the year no free seeds but a booklet, they wanted you to sign up to get Which, I didnt want to do that but they already had my address ( not bank details ) they sent me the book anyway.
Just make sure they dont get you to sign up to something you dont want.

I phoned up for the guide and they tried to sell me the magazine. I very politely said that i was unwilling to sign up for anything, she kept trying to sell me the magazine, i politely said that i was unwilling to sign up for anything and so she put the phone down on me. I am absolutely fuming, i could understand if i was rude or raised my voice, but i was totally calm polite but adamant that i was not going to purchase the magazine.
