    Hi, Iv got 4 blueberry plants and 1 rasberrie plant and iv been reading about leaf mold and wondered if i added it to my plants would it be good for them and is it worth doing? Can i expect any difference? thank you

    Leaf mould is excellent stuff, but I suspect you may be a bit late for making it this year. We usually collect leaves when they fall in Autumn.

      Having said that, we had a fresh fall of "autumn" leaves this week, I think the horse chestnut's been hanging onto them.

        If you have rotted leaf mold then it can be used as a top dressing mulch. It's a soil improver/weed suppressor rather than a plant feed.
