  • Blueberries flowering already!!!

I was having a good look round everything today, and noticed my Bluecrop Blueberry bush which has not long since come into leaf is covered in flowers I'm pretty sure it was early to mid June when that happened last year. Is this going to cause a problem for it, or should I just let it run it's course?

My Blackcurrant bush is going the same. I only planted it out a few weeks ago ....

Some of my young gooseberry cuttings are flowering too. Hope we don't get a frost!

      Endless wonder.

My blueberry is covered in lots of flowers too. I'm quite pleased as I thought it had died over the winter (as has the dwarf nectarine). Not sure what I do to patio fruit :S

It has two chances , up or down.

Just been out this evening, and it appears some of my new (and very small) blueberry bushes are trying to push out a few flowers too. I'll have a closer inspect tomorrow ...
