  • Jerusalem Artichokes

    Hi,
I planted some Jerusalem artichokes last year and only dug a few (which were delicious, by the way) but have not dug the rest. I heard that you can leave them in the ground for quite some time, is this true?

    Hi

Welcome to the Vine - I'm going to change your thread titles from 'Norman's mum' to the topic in the thread otherwise it will get confusing.

Jerusalem Artichokes will resprout soon enough so you might want to dig them up in the next few weeks and eat them. Just leave a few in the ground to grow into the next batch of plants.
