  • Potatoes in Sacks

As a new comer i thought i'd ask some of you 'experts' for advice!

I've brought some of those potato sacks and have planted some Charlotte seed potatoes in today. I've kept them in an unheated greenhouse but wanted to ask will they be ok outside? - i live in the north east so loads of potential frosts to come and was worried about the seed pots if near the side of the sack with little protection. What do yoiu think?

    Thanks for any help

Hi Jo T. I was going to plant my Charlottes in tubs in two weeks time and leave them in the polytunnel until mid/end April when I know the frosts are away. I did it last year and meant I had Charlottes alot earlier than if they were outside.
