  • Lime Curd

    OK made some lime curd yesterday and today it seems to of seperated into a white bit and a green bit.Any ideas?
    The greatness comes not when things go always good for you,but the greatness comes when you are really tested,when you take,some knocks,some disappointments;because only if youv'e been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

    It's curdled.... (<g>sorry, couldn't resist)
    I have a feeling I should remember the answer from school cookery lessons when we made lemon curd and got 'what could go wrong' comments, but my memory won't drag up the right page.
    Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
