Hi I put my raspeberries in a bucket of water last nightas the instructions said ready to plant today. But it's weeing down and chances are I won't get to plant them today.

Do I leave them soaking, or take them out til the rain stops? The instructions didn't cover all eventualtities!

I'd leave them - unless it rains forever like last summer!

It stopped raining and is now a glorious day.
      So have planted them.
This is the first thing to eat I have EVER planted in a garden! Tubs and pots of strawbs and toms etc don't count as am very excited today!
I have my asparagus soaking too now so hopefully baby will stay asleep long enough for me to get them in too!

They should be ok - after all, rasps and asparagus are out all year round when they're established.
