    Default Yes That One Again...

...Has anyone got any skirret, either as seeds or slips ? I know RealSeeds used to do it, but not this year, and I just can't find a supplier in this country.
Should have grown it the first year I thought about it...

Now you come to mention it, snohare - I do happen to have some skirret seeds but I don't know how viable they are. PM me if you are interested.

Oh wow, AP - some really fascinating seeds on that site. Having spent far too much on Tattieman's site I'd better avoid it for a while!

Ooh, thanks for that link Frank !
Would you believe I've been g**gling skirret and keep getting links to Amish companies and places in NZ, but not to Pennard ?
(I knew that G**gle is notorious now for "personalising" its searches, so that typing the same term into the search box on different computers leads to varying results, but this is severe !)
I like their seed tatties. How many do you get in a kilo, anyway ?

Yes, I tried Thomas Etty, Binley (I think that was one of the ones with no useful search engine), as well as all the bookmarks I could think of, that I always save because I think someday they might have something unusual that I'm looking for...but I had missed Pennard's somehow !
The problem now is, I need a twenty acre field and a pushwheel hoe to grow all the seeds I want to buy after looking at all these catalogues.
