  • Roll Up! Various Veg seeds to give away....

Ok peeps – here’s a list of what I have as giveaways. The lid will no longer fit on the seedbox, and after all, I don’t believe that any one person needs 6 varieties of carrot, for example.

    So who would like….

    Beetroot Red Ace (half pack)
    Beetroot Bolthardy (unopened)
    Water Melon Sugar Baby (unopened)
    Runner Beans Polestar (half pack)
Runner Beans (saved from last year)
Broccoli Late Purple Sprouting (half pack)
Carrot Autumn King 2 (half pack)
    Carrot Parmex (half pack)
    Radish White Icicle (half pack)
    Chilli Pepper (half pack)
Sweet Pepper Californian Wonder (unopened) – greenhouse variety
    Courgette Ambassador (unopened)
Cucumber Marketmore (unopened) – covermount from GYO from last year
Leek Musselburgh (unopened) – says sow by 2005, but it’s not been opened.
    Rocket Salad (unopened)
    Wild Rocket (half pack)
    Spring Onions Ishikura (unopened)
Salad leaves Oriental Mixed (half pack)
    Salad leaf mix (unopened)
    Salad bowl mixed (unopened)
    Salad leaves Tuscany mix (unopened)

    Hollyhock seeds too.

I wouldn’t mind some calabrese or new season parsnip seed, if anyone’s got any – no worries if not, these just need good homes!

pm me your addresses with what you want in the title (and yes, I'd love some of the broccoli, hawthorns) so I have them to hand, and I'll have a divi-up of all the seeds in a few days and get them posted out.

Anyone else who'd like any, just let me know!

Hi Hazel - Happy New Year!!

I would love the Broccoli Late Purple Sprouting please. I got some new turnip greens seed which is supposed to be very early and fast growing... I know it's not calabrese but would you like to try some?

I'm on a mission to get sunflowers growing this year - I've had a grand total of ONE get to flowering for each the past two years! Sending you a PM
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

We grew sunflower 'pastiche' successfully for the 1st time last year, we started them in modules to stop them being eaten. They're multi-headed and look quite groovy! The birds like 'em too. (Would you like a few tucked in with your other seeds?)
