I'm a bit confused here. Rhubarb crowns won't go in an SAE. They are heavy and bulky and would cost several pounds to post. Maybe I'm wrong but check it out .

I sent some takeaway containers to sons at uni with Christmas cake in they were quite heavy, and cost £1.98 each, but I don't think a rhubarb crown would fit in. Maybe it would be better to post the crowns, and the receiver send a cheque for postage later?
I could not live without a garden, it is my place to unwind and recover, to marvel at the power of all growing things, even weeds!

          Hi
I'd love a couple of crowns if you have any left. How much would the postage be?

You can buy them cheaper than the postage would cost even at a garden centre £1.99 down here.
                  Gardening ..... begins with daybreak
                  and ends with backache

Did we ever find out the cost of posting ?
I'd put my money around the £5 mark.
