Make sure there are no other corn growing around and save seeds from the centre for corn. Squash will cross easily but hand pollination is great fun How To Save Your Own Seed at Home I use wedding favour bags to keep the flowers pure.

I will not be saving these..just found out that they are F1...thanks V/C
I think the yellow courgette golden is fine. I grow golden zucchini which is open pollinated but all the other yellows with fancier names are F1

The corn and squash for seed saving will be grown as part of a three sisters bed in my back garden - this will effectively isolate them from the others I will be growing at the allotment as only one of my neighbours grow anything and he only has fruit trees and a few root veg.

Japonica corn has been planted out now :-)
Will be sowing the climbing beans today. I have Veitchs climbing and Gramma Walters, will sow both in the greenhouse and then decide which to plant in the three sisters patch depending on which grows best.

I'm hoping to have some Angelica seeds this year - I've been waiting a couple of year for the plant to flower - and now it is.
