My plants are looking a little knocked back by frost, so I had a a little furtle in the soil and there are definitely tubers! No idea how many, but definitely some. Very exciting

My plants are still going. I have red/white, peach and 'black' (aka really dark red!) if you want some when the time comes.

PS If you have any luffa seeds I'd love to swap for some...

Yes please, sparrow, any colour would be good, whatever you have the most of.

I'll send you some luffa seeds, I have plenty!. I grew seedling plants but didn't plant them out. Next year I'll do better.

Brilliant - luffatastic in fact! My plants are now officially toast thanks to 2 days of -C. Will wait a little for the tubers to swell and see what I have.

    Thanks for the offer, NG.
Jay-ell is going to send me some but if a few managed to slip themselves into an envelope I'd be very happy. All the more the merrier.
I'm not worried about the colour as I want to grow them as an edible edge to a bed.
