I think I've got my seeds for the circle already
It's taken me a while to work out that my rocoto la Paz rojo is a C. Pubescens and they don't cross with any other family. So the chillies already growing nicely will all be true.
So as long as nobody is already saving seeds from Rocoto, I will .
I'm going to try saving from another 23 varieties so hopefully I will have a replacement if someone else is already saving rocoto.

Pop the capsule over the flower bud and take it off when you see the fruit forming.

The Rocoto La Paz Rojo seeds came from last year's seed circle so those of us who participated already have it... jealous that you already have pods, though.

We often offer duplicates every year - not everyone likes to isolate seed for several varieties, (it can be troublesome - loss of fruit, flower drop etc) just saving pure seed for one or two is enough, grapes often grow several varieties in the same family etc so isolating can be a chore, many of us will sow/swap all of last years seed so having a fresh batch this year is good.

I've managed to isolate & pollinat successfully (obviously no grantee of seeds).
Rocoto la Paz rojo, Sugar rush peach, cherry bomb, jalapeño, fish, lemon drop, Nigel's outdoor, numex twilight, AJI Omnicolour, thunder mountain longhorn, joe's long, Bangalore whippets tail, golden cayenne, ring of fire, cayenne & Thai dragon.

I'll be saving more varieties over the next few weeks. I'll decide what I'm saving when I've opened them all up at the end of the season.
