    I used to have a link to a web site where you could look up to see if varieties were F1 or not but appears that site is no longer there, has anyone got a link to a similar site where one can look up information re tomatoes ?

    Not all 20 have confirmed yet either....
    I'll see how many tomatoes I can get together - I have 3 plants growing away, but have been very disappointed with the amount of seed. From the fermenting jar I can see that not many of what I have put into the water have sunk to the bottom either.

    What info is needed on seed packets? Will just the variety and year saved do?
    Wish I'd gone with a tomato with a shorter name
