    Thank you Scarlet.
Got my present Monday and thanks to everybody who contributed.

Kitty, you are so right. It is going to be handy having the second plot.
Iím going to start looking up bean recipes.
Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch and get dirt under your finger nails.

    Thank you all for joining!

Seed circles are a great way to share seeds. It's such a shame that only a handful of us join in the fun, beans are so easy to save and for the cost of a couple of stamps you get to try out some new varieties!
Unfortunately things didn't pan out too well for me last year but I'm hoping I have better luck this time around.
Please look out for new seed circles to join!

I wanted to let everyone know that there could possibly be some bugs on the dwarf acquilon french bean seeds I sent as part of the swap. This morning I noticed some holes in the ziplock bag and opened it only to find some bugs munching through the beans. Please can you check so that it doesn't spread...

They must have appeared quite recently as I posted seeds from the bag to my father a few weeks ago and didn't notice anything amiss.

Apologies! Please check in case you have it too

That's s shame. I will check mine. If you have any that aren't damaged they can be frozen and will usually be fine for growing.

Thanks Scarlet. Do I need to freeze them? Im already soaking the remaining ones without damage. Ah well. Let's see if anything germinates.
