Yep, true.... OK I've made a decision and will be growing and saving Red Robin seeds because they were smashing and plot neighbours who grew them from my saved seeds loved them last year and I need the freshen up my seed bank in that one.

I will look for two varieties in my collection that didn't come from the Grapevine seed circle if I can so that some new varieties go to members this year.

The selection process for the additional two will happen once I get this years seed integrated with the others in my two seed boxes of tomatoes.

    UPDATE 8:07 - 4th Jan 2017

OK I've started the selection process Alans Allotment: Tomato Seed Selection 2017

    UPDATE 5th Jan 2017

Well I have spent sometime looking at the list this morning and adding the saved and sow by dates I have to aid in helping me to make a decision, and so far have whittled it down to 40 varieties I would like to grow from the 75 in the seed bank

I have decided on my second save for the circle as being Tiny Tim

I guess the oldest seed will make it to the top of the list and realistically I should be looking at a three year rotation of varieties with 75 varieties now in my tomato seed bank. I've also established those tomatoes I will grow annually.

    Isn't Winter seed planning wonderful?

So Scarlet you can start building your list of members and projected varieties on the first post, and I will let you know when I decide on a third variety.

    Default Tomato Seed circle 2017

Hi, I don't have many posts yet but could offer "Petit Moneau"; Cyril's Choice, and Black Russian seeds. Do I need to have a minimum of posts?
