  • National Baking Week

Apparently it's National Baking Week this week & there's a special website with lots of tasty recipes on. It's got some nice ideas for using pumpkins & a couple for things like leeks, spinach & courgettes, here's a link, I fancy spicy pumpkin teabread & baked egg with courgette & tomato.

I'm not much of a baking type really (hence my reliance on a breadmaker!) but I am starting to make things for baby as I'm (very) slowly weaning her. So, I'm just baking another batch of Whatever Fruit Is In The House & Walnut Mini-Muffins. They're quite scrummy!
