  • Microwaving sweetcorn

    I watched a tiny video on facebook of someone putting whole corn on the cobs in the microwave for a minute or so and then removing them. You cut the end off and then squeeze the leaves all come off easily (sometimes) with the fluffy stuff. Then you smear them with butter and eat them.


    Easy peasy.

    That's what I do with mine, I also froze my corn like that. 3 mins on full power, gorgeous. From frozen a little longer

        Nobody told me!

        I might look through the microwave book I got a few years ago (you can nuke beetroot too!) and see what else I might not know!
