    Default Freezing onions

    Hi all,it looks like my winter onions are going to finish growing soon,i am planing on choping and freezing some.Do i need to dry them first or can i just lift them then peel and chop up and freeze

    No need to dry them if you are going to prepare and freeze them straight away.
