Does anyone know of a really good couscous recipe - as a vegetarian based meal - rather than some modern trendy carrier to a dinner party.

Thanks for this Two Sheds - much appreciated. I'd never thought of doing a tagine with the vegetables - previously I've roasted everything and then added it 'dry' to the couscous...loads of olive oil, lemon juice etc. I look forward to following yours - it sounds the bizz. Alas, I've bought the chick peas tho'.
