    Default Cooking Tonight

Thought it might be interesting to see what is being eaten, where and by whom.

Tonight we're having a home made chicken curry. Well I say home made but the curry element comes from a jar of Patak's rogan josh paste. We'll have naan bread with it tonight and rice with the leftovers tomorrow. Homegrown onions, tatties, carrots and sprouts along with some shop bought veg. Looking forward to it.

    What is everyone else planning?

We had home made chicken curry last night. Cooked everything from scratch.

Tonight we are just having mince and mash. Mince meat in gravy with onions, garlic, carrots and pea's.

    Tis nice

We're having Pheasant with Chorizo, Serbian pole beans and parsley cooked in the Dutch oven. I've put a couple of Jacket potatoes and a tray of scone in the oven as well just to fill up the shelves.

Roast pumpkin risotto with home made walnut pesto. It would have been meatless but for the chicken stock.
