Leeks, winter radish, beans (frozen), kale from the plot, and having an organic veg box delivered with all local produce in.

The box has out Christmas meat in (beef and a ham) which is all locally reared too

Not as much of our own produce tomorrow as we ate a lot of it when we celebrated Xmas early with our family in the UK earlier in the month!

Own goose was eaten, so we're having a simple turkey breast( simple as in easy to prepare rather than exceptionally low IQ!!!)
Also own tomato soup, peas , spuds, cabbage, stuffing(bread, herbs, eggs, apples) ...had to buy carrots and parsnips for tomorrow.
            Yum!

All veggie stuff this year is our own produce, except packet walnuts and the bramley apples which I swapped with a neighbour for some spuds. We're having sweet dumpling squash stuffed with leeks, stilton and creme fraiche, served on a bed of raw pak choi. And for mains it'll be roast pork with apple sauce, mashed taters, broad beans and just a tablespoon each of black kale with cream and walnuts.

This thread has made me sooooo hungry! Mr. Bones those stuffed squashes sound delicious.

Chez William the turkey will be accompanied by our own carrots, parsnips, red cabbage and peas from the freezer.
