BUTTERNUT TOMATO AND SWEET PEPPER SOUP

Red onion
Garlic
Veg stock cube
Butternut squash
Roasted sweet peppers
Passata
Chilli

Chop and fry onions and garlic
Dice BNS
Throw stock cube in to pan add about half a pint of water
Then throw in BNS and saute
When squash is softened add passata and roasted peppers and chilli
cook till soft then blitz add more water until you reach the required consistancy
Add a touch of double cream and serve
