    I was up early this morning, and thought I'd make some bread, focaccia actually. Anyway, the heating doesn't come on till 7am, so I had nowhere warm to leave the dough to prove.

    But...... I do have a hot wheat "bottle".

    Heated it up, settled the bowl containing the dough onto it, and it worked a treat, dough rose beautifully in about 45 mins. Reheated the bottle for the second proving, it kept the baking sheet nice and warm, the dough was ready to bake in 30 mins
    Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
    Endless wonder.
