Aside from making lashings of pimms - what else can I use my copious quantities of Borage in??

Read somewhere that you can use the leaves in salad, cucumber like taste apparently. However, tasted the leaves on mine and didn't like the texture much as it was a bit hairy!

You can use the flowers in salad, they don't tase of much but they are a nice blue colour

I use the flowers to decorate puddings. Home-made mousse always looks right posh.
You can also crystallise them as sweets, or place one in each section of an ice cube tray.
Goes right well with the cucumber doorstops when the vicar or John Presscot calls.
        Croket any one?

Filbert's right about the hairs. The leaves are best eaten very young and they do taste slightly cucumbery. Haven't got enough this year to put in ice cube trays but love that idea.

Haven't got enough Earthbabe ? - mine have gone balistic. I started a thread ages ago for plants to take over my garden. Well Borage has done it!
