Made a dish of courgettes, onion, peppers, toms, garlic and herbs and mopped it up with thick slices of cheese and ellie garlic loaf.

Got some Pheasant breasts from Aldi of all places so I’m having lightly fried pheasant breasts with roasted veg and stuffed ufos (or Patty-pan squash )
Apple crumble for pudding too yum!

    Chilli con carne with rice.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Stir fry veg with pork meatballs followed by apple pie and cream.

I've actually done summat right for a change as OH loves making and eating the apple pie using apples freshly picked from just in front of the kitchen window. (Plants bought cheaply from Aldi some years ago)
Like Mister Kipling says "They do make exceedingly good pies"
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
