    Pan fried pheasant breast with leftover veg from yesterday which means potato and parsnip mash, cabbage, and leeks in cheese sauce. H/M egg custard for afters.

    We are having cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower, in a rich creamy brandy, mushroom and truffle sauce. With a side salad of avocado, sweet onion, tomato, radish and lots of different mixed leaves. With a bottle of red wine. Tonight is date night

    Everything apart from the avocado i have grown, and the truffle spray came form lidl and we can't get enough.

    I have thought there should be a thread like this for ages gives each other ideas for dinner

    Pasta with Shropshire blue cheese and mushrooms................and a glass of Rioja to wash it down.

    Garlic and apple pork loin with Jenga potatoes and glazed roast carrots :-)
