Ebay - but it can be a bit hit and miss, going through the postage system doesn't help. You could also try your local feed store on the message boards, have look for poultry shows near you, also search for breeders online that are local to you, they often supply eggs.

Or see if there is a livestock auction near you, they may have a poultry section. Last year I paid 20p for six White Cochin eggs and all hatched, two cockerels and four pullets!

Let the eggs rest for 12 - 24 hrs in a cool place (but not the fridge). Move the broody to her own coop sitting on either fake or other eggs you can dispose of when you put the Amber star eggs under. Check she is free of lice. Leave her for a day to settle. Then, after a day assuming hen is settled, you can remove any fake/starter eggs and put the amber star eggs under her. Leave her be. Place food and water in the run so she has to get off to feed (and therefore poo away from the nest). She will probably only do this once a day. I spray my eggs day 18 with tepid water to up humidity. Otherwise leave the hen to do her stuff. You will know when the eggs are beginning to hatch because she won't get off to feed. Don;t worry, she will know what;s best. Don;t interfere with her and let her do her thing. Once she leaves the nest with the hatched chicks you can remove and dispose of any unhatched eggs.
          Good luck!
