Last summer I hatched four eggs under a bantam - one cock and three hens. Two hens I kept and one I sold. On Saturday both these hens laid their first egg. But spookily, the one that I sold also laid her first egg on Saturday (owner contacted me to let me know). How weird is that? I've never had all pullets from the same hatch lay their first egg on the same day, until now.
