  • Hazel's got her knickers!!

A while ago on another thread (can't remember which one and can't find it) I said that one of my first ex-batts, Hazel, had always had a bright red bum 'cos it was bald! Well, she's had a bit of a moult and she's now got knickers!! Well, nice fluffy white feathers covering her nether region anyway I had to do a double take this morning when counting them, couldn't see the red flashing at me. Good girl Hazel, you'll soon be in the glamour stakes along with Myrtle (looks as if she's wearing a tutu) and all the others.

I've tried to get a photo of Hazel without her red bum (1st picture) and I've also tried to get a photo of the new girls but they were hiding in the laurel so I think you can just make out Lavender between the branches (I know it says Holly on the label, but the label's wrong!)
