    I’ve worked with a couple of chefs who both advised not storing eggs in the fridge. Normally people keep them in the door... opening and closing the door disturbs the egg in the shell and changes the temperature. Both factors in helping them go off quicker!!!

    Advice usually says not to store in the fridge door.....when in the kitchen of an eating establishment this would be a definite no no as the fridge door is opened often.
