  • What's happening to my seedlings?

I've put my japanese greens onto a windowsill, fairly sunny throughout the day but it can be drafty at night. They're looking like this, about a week after i moved them? What am I doing?!

The lower leaves have curled up and on some seedlings, all the leaves. Any help would be appreciated!

That's a radiator I can see, I think - the warm air may have fried the ones at the room side, perhaps?

Ooohhh that would make sense! I just asked the other half if he'd fiddled with the heating... It was a yes. Poop.

      Thank you!!

Yes I thought that, but in general they look ok, turn that rad off or lower the thermostat down. if it isnt that then it my be a watering issue, its hard to water seedlings they are either sodden or bone dry, the small amount of compost dries out very quickly. An old washed out spray bottle is the best i find.

Thanks Bill! Have moved them onto the kitchen worksurface for now... Seems my other half doesn't realise that putting a jumper on when he's cold is not only much cheaper than the heating but would also help my seedlings!! Haha!

With regards watering, they're on one of those capillary mat do-dars..?
