  • walk in greenhouse

    Hi all.

I have a walk in greenhouse the plastic type and was wondering when is best time to start seeds off in there.
I am so eager to get going but don't want to lose everything by getting smashed by the frosts.
I have a couple of courgette, cucumbers and Toms I have started off in house and not sure when I can put in to greenhouse.

    Thanks all

I put my seedlings in the GH (glass) during the day and bring them in at night. Need a minimum temp of 10C to stay out any longer.

Just started today putting my courgettes and tomatoes out in the gh during the day. Bringing them in at night though. Was only 10 degrees when I put them out this morning.

I cover my seedlings and plants with fleece at night, though most of the seedlings are sitting on the propagation bench
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Member of the Nutters Club but I think I am just there to make up the numbers
