Support for peonies

My last post for today I promise! We have 3 or 4 beautiful peonies in our garden. Last year they splayed out, their flowers way too heavy and ended up laying on our lawn. I want to get some supports. Can you recommend a way of doing this? I have a wilkinsons close by and some canes and garden string in the shed!

I use the round mesh ones which have legs which push in around the plant. The stems then grow up through holes in the mesh.
Alternatively make a circle of short, but sturdy canes around the plant and criss cross string between them
