  • Shopping Help - replacement handle for hoe

I have managed to snap the wooden handle for my favourite hoe and I need to buy a replacement wooden handle for it. I am really struggling to find one on line. It needs to be wood, 'full length' and have a tapered end to fit the hoe bit. All the handles I can find aren't tapered. I know i could just buy a new hoe but this hoe is one of those inherited tools that I treasure. Has anyone got any suggestions or links please???? Thank you in advance.

Get a rasp and taper the end.

If you cannot handle the tools to taper the handle yourself, I would guess a local carpenter and joiner might be able to help.
