I'm a bit confused by this, my radishes are getting quite big, how often do I pull one out and do I throw it away or replant it.

You don't prick out radishes, but you can thin them out if they are too close together. Pull out the larger ones and eat them.

Sorry Two Sheds, don't think I explained properly, the seeds I planted last week have come up but some are very close together, do I leave them to mature or move them further apartComment

Hi I think twosheds means that you can let them grow bigger as they may push each other apart on their own. But if they are really close then it's best to pull every other one out to let the rest get to normal size. If you do this when they are mini-ones you get to eat them as well as waiting for the big ones.
You could try transplanting them but they grow so quickly anyway it's just as easy to sow more.Comment

I think you might be a bit tangled with your gardening jargon (which is not surprising - everyone says this stuff but very rarely explains it 
)
Pricking Out is what you do when you've sown your seeds all together (usually in a seed tray) and when they're big enough, you gently pick them out one at a time and put them individually into pots.
Thinning is when you sow a row of seeds such as carrots (or radishes) and they're too close together, and you have to remove a few seedlings to give the others enough room.
