  • Planting out Peppers

I'm growing a variety of sweet/bell pepper called Carmagnola. They are about 6" tall now, and I'd like to pot them up and grow them on outdoors.

I'm in the South of England and I have an area of patio that gets sun all day long.

Is it OK for me to plant the peppers out in tubs now? Or should I wait a while?

Should be ok for them to go out now but keep an eye on the forecast for any sudden night time drops in temp. Mine have been out for a week now in a sheltered spot and are just starting to flower.
    Location ... Nottingham

You should harden them off first

Thanks folks, the peppers have now been planted out on the patio area. They have been hardened off a bit.. Though maybe not as much as would have been wise. Fingers crossed!
