    Cabbage whites like rose leaves

    Why do cabbage whites like settling on my rose leaves?
    I don't think they lay any eggs, just sit there for a while.
    Possibly eyeing up my kale plants near by.

    And why are there more cabbage whites than just about anything else flying around?
    Picked a dozen teeny tiny caterpillars of the broccoli tonight, decided they could have the collards

    The thing I grow best are very large slugs!
