I had that on my pear this year,I think it’s rust,pick or cut off affected bits of leaf,have you got rust anywhere else it travels by spores,I’ve got some on my leek flowers it must’ve spread.Location : Essex -
Concur, pear tree rust. Won’t kill it. Pick off and destroy the leaves, don’t compost. If lots of leaves affected such that picking them off will leave tree bare just clear then up as they fall to preven5 overwintering spores.Comment

My pear tree had the same spots (and no fruit) last year. I did nothing. This year it's fine with lots of fruit as well.Comment
