If you want a bigger indoor space for your money, go with a polytunnel. Less, but sturdier, go for a greenhouse

First of all - do you actually need one? What are you going to grow?

I don't think it's an issue Nick as it's privately owned, there are all sorts of structures on it!

If you don't go for one now try to design the layout of the plot so that it won't be a major redesign if you want to add one later.

Both can be used to extend the season through winter (needs to be sited to get the most winter sun) as well as growing heat loving plants in the summer.

A rule of thumb that a lot of people use is go for the biggest one you can as it will fill up. This will usually mean a polytunnel
