I think you will struggle with ordering tubers now as it's coming to the end of the season...you may need to look for plants.
I've not come across that variety recently - have you grown it before?

I get a google search hit for this on Nationaldahliacollection.co.uk for a rooted cutting but showing out of stock. They are still selling rooted cuttings of similar looking red single dahlias if that is what you are looking for or is it the specific name you want?Comment
